**Terms of Use**

My "Terms" are simple and fair I believe. You are bound to these terms when you purchase something from AGM's Angelic pixels weather you have read them or not.

Nothing is to be downloaded from AGM's Angelic Pixels without my express permission. If you like something you see then contact me and I will see what I can do. I belong to many pixel art sites and they all have their terms which I have to abide by so if I can help I will..

Tags must not be altered in any way, Unless stated i.e hair and eye color if unsure please contact me If there is something you would like different *text colors etc*   then please ask when you order

Tag's May be used on Emails Forums Websites , But ONLY when a link back to AGM's Angelic Pixels is used a text link is fine.. If you are not sure how to set this up then please contact me and I will help you.

Your purchased Item is for your PERSONAL USE ONLY there for you cannot  share tube, resell, or alter it in any way. 

No work will begin until payment has been made, I am very sorry for this.

Please allow 72 hours between requesting a tag and the paypal request, and once payment has been received please allow 72 hours to receive your tag/graphic. 72 hours seems a long time but allowing for time differences and my offline life with my children this is why I have stated it being so long. Please note that in most cases it should be a max of 48 hours between sending paypal request, receiving payment and you receiving your tag/graphic.

Tube Packs must not be added to a members area as is.  They can be made into Premades, tags websets anything you wish to use them for but cannot be used as is. Be creative with them.  They may be used for personal or profit making sites but must have something added to them.
